First off, I want to thank everyone who came to my New Catalog Launch Party. I think everyone had a good time. A lot of retired product was given away, (BOGO). Yeah! I had two simple make n takes, in fact, one didn’t even have any stamping……no one seemed to mind. My Granddaughter Gianna, was my assistant. I gave her one of my older Big Shots, along with a rolling tote that had all kinds of goodies in it. She was so excited. I love that she loves to craft.
No stamping on this card, but they did learn how to do the Faux Watercoloring with a clear block, your ink pads, and spritzer and then swoosh onto Watercolor Paper. I attached the Happy Birthday with the new Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets (#144106, 12-6″ x 12″ sheets, $10). So simple, adhere the Adhesive Sheet to your cardstock, then die cut, no more messing with the liquid glue. Yahoo!
You’ve seen these before. Only stamp is the sentiment, from Colorful Seasons Bundle. Check them out on page 147. You will want the bundle and save 10%, just sayin”…….#145348, $54 (bundle). I did run the chairs through the Big Shot with the Adhesive Sheets, what a breeze. I did want everyone to see all the New 2017-2019 In Colors. They got to pick which color they wanted.
I wanted to mention the Recruiting Special again and this is why…..
Today I had my first Training Session, from my Business Development Advisor, (BDA), Nick. I’ve gone through this training before with Felicia, but its been a while. I needed to call Stampin’ Up! today for a customer and I got to talk with Felicia. What a treat for me. These advisors help you set goals and keep them, figure out what is working in your business and what’s not, give you suggestions on how move forward, and so much more. Its a six month program and you talk with your advisor twice a month. Plus they have a Facebook group.
So, not only do you have all the resources on the Stampin’ Up! Website (when you join) with lots of training tools, videos, and more. Stampin’ Up! also has this extra training if you wish to turn your Stamping business into a business. Or you can sign up just to get the discount, be able to order out of any of the new catalogs 30 days before everyone else, (this was got me to sign up, and look at me now), go to any of the Stampin’ Up! events, it’s up to you. You decide. How many people can say they love their job? I can. You can too! You know if you join the Stampin’ Up! family and then decide you don’t like it, you just drop, no questions asked. And I forgot the most important thing when you join, all the friendships you make. Anyone can stamp, and when you do it with others, its even better.
