I found these Andes Snap Bars at my local grocery store. I only bough a few because I didn’t really have a plan for them, except that I would take them with me to OnStage. But I couldn’t take them without decorating them, right? Of course not. As you are reading this, I am on a jet plane headed for Orlando Florida for Stampin’ Up’s! OnStage. This week I will be sharing all the items I made to take with me.
As I was trying to decide how to decorate these bars, I thought of the Brusho pieces I had done a couple of months ago and didn’t do anything with. So I die cut the smallest of the Stitched Seasons Framelits, and some of the snowflakes from the Snowflake Thinlits. I used Moss Green & Persian Blue Brusho. When these two colors mix they match Tranquil Tide so perfectly. Folded each Stitched Seasons in half and stapled to the top of the bars.
Now the fun part, decorating. I used the new while supplies last, Snowflake Thinlits to die cut the snowflakes from the same watercolor paper as the labels. Using Tombow Liquid Glue to adhere them. The sentiment is from the Snow is Glistening stamp set also while supplies last. Finished each one with a Linen Thread Bow and a few Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets. Also a little shimmer from the Champagne Shimmer Paint and Rubbing Alcohol.
Each one is a little different. Supply List:
