I started off with a Basic Grey card base cut at, 4 1/4″ x 11″, score at 5 1/2″. In this stamp set there is a long stamp with circles on it. I stamped it with Basic Grey Ink just above the center of the card. Then I added the Daffodil Delight Double-Stitched Ribbon with a knot to one side.
Now comes the fun part, Stamping? You can see how I stamped the flowers with Daffodil Delight, and the leaves with Basic Grey. The Whisper White Rectangle is about 2 3/8″ x 3 7/8″. That piece is then layered onto a Daffodil Delight Rectangle that is about, 3″ x 4 3/8″. Once you have the pieces together I added some Dimensionals on the back and layered it off to the right and down a bit. If you like to have everything matchy, matchy (is that even a word??) then center everything. I’m kind of liking everything to the side and have been doing it on several cards lately.
Since the Basic Grey is dark, you really need a piece of Whisper White (3 3/8″ x 4 3/4″ Rectangle) for the inside. I stamped the flowers going down the side just for something different.
I know this sentiment is kind of random, but you could use it for birthday, thank you, thinking of you and probably many more. Not wild about this color combo, what color combo would you use? I love to read your comments.
