My Friend Patty brought this card with her for us to make a while back. Since I don’t have this set, I was super excited. Ok, who am I kidding? I’m always excited to stamp with Patty, no matter what we make…LOL
Back to the card, we started with a Thick Whisper White card base, added a Black mat, and then a piece of the Year Of Cheer Specialty Paper. The snowflakes were perfect for this scene. Next we cut our “snow” from Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper. The first layer is adhered with Fast Fuse, and then the next layer with Dimensionals. All of the pieces come with the matching Christmas Lamppost Thinlits Dies. (Purchase the bundle and save 10%).
The lamp post has some Daffodil Delight cardstock behind the lights using a 1/2″ Circle Punch, brilliant idea Patty. We used the Fine-Tip Glue pen to adhere. TIP: put something heavy on top and let it set for a couple of minutes. You will notice we put the lamp post in between the two layers of snow. Then added the bow with Mini
The Deer was die cut from Copper Foil Paper. To add the wreath we just cut one side and put it around the neck so you can’t see where we cut. We popped him up with Mini Dimensionals. I added the red nose with the 1/4″ hand held punch. The sentiment comes from the Seasonal Lantern on page 40 of the Holiday Catalog.Topped the tree of with a Metallic Enamel Shape Star.
