Product Production
Our manufacturer of ink refill bottles has been prioritizing the production of medical products, which means right now, our ink refill production is limited to the number of bottles currently at our Kanab facility. We expect production to be limited over the next two months, until our manufacturer is able to fulfill our orders for more bottles. In an effort to minimize the impact of these delays, there will be a limit on the following In Color ink refills:
  • Bumblebee Classic Stampin’ Ink Refill (item 153122)
  • Cinnamon Cider Classic Stampin’ Ink Refill (item 153120)
  • Just Jade Classic Stampin’ Ink Refill (item 153121)
  • Magenta Madness Classic Stampin’ Ink Refill (item 153123)
  • Misty Moonlight Classic Stampin’ Ink Refill (item 153124)
These In Color refills will each have a limit of one per order (demonstrator and customer orders) when the new annual catalog launches on 3 June. Even with the limits, there is still a chance some colors may go into backorder or Not Orderable status before we are able to replenish our inventory. We will remove these temporary limits as soon as we can.
Here is a short (no sound) video for an easy card with the Lovely You stamp set on page 22 of the new catalog.

June 3D Blog Hop

June 2020 3D Bundle Tutorial Blog Hop

Hello everyone! It’s June and we have another fantastic 3D Bundle for you!  We’re celebrating with a blog hop! We’re each showcasing a second project we created using the same stamp set/or bundle we used in our  3D Bundle Tutorial Bundle Project.

The projects designed for the 3D Tutorial Bundle are totally exclusive and not available elsewhere online. In addition, you’ll receive both Imperial and Metric project measurements.  Here is a sneak peek for you.

My project this month features the Celebrate Sunflowers Bundle in the new 2020-2021 Annual  Catalog, here is my second project below. You need a card to go with your Door Hanger, right?

4 1/4″ x 11″ Thick Whisper White cardstock, scored at 5 1/2″

4″ x 5 1/4″ Bumble Bee Cardstock (new In Color)

3 3/4″ x 5″ Whisper White

1 1/4″ x 5″ 2020-2022 In Color 6 x 6 dsp

1/2″ x 3 1/4″ Whisper White

5/8″ x 3 1/2″ Bumble Bee

Scraps of Whisper White for the Sunflower and Pear Pizzazz for the leaves.

Start by stamping the smaller sunflower in Saddle Brown Stazon Ink on the 3 3/4″ piece of Whisper White. Also stamp the large sunflower on Whisper White scrap and stamp with the Saddle Brown. Color in with an Aqua Painter and Daffodil Delight Ink from the lid. Die cut one full sunflower and one detailed sunflower. Stamp the leaves in Pear Pizzazz and die cut the full leaf and also the outline leaf in Pear Pizzazz.

Add the strip of In Color dsp to the left (or to the right, your choice). I wanted to give the sunflower more texture so I crumpled both pieces up and then flattened them out. I added Dimensionals to the ring on the cut out sunflower and attached it to the whole sunflower. Added the whole flower with Dimensionals. After I added the outlined leaf to the full leaf (with Tombow Liquid Glue) I tucked the leaves under the sunflower with Glue Dots. I tied a bow using the new Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon and attached to the sunflower with Glue Dots.

Celebrate Sunflowers

Stamp the sentiment (also in the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set) in Saddle Brown Stazon and flag the ends. Add the Bumblebee piece the same way.

Finish off with some In Color Enamel Dots. Remember these products will be available on June 3rd, noon (MT time).

Let’s Celebrate You

Yesterday was my friend, Patty’s birthday. I won’t say how old, but just know it was a milestone birthday. lol Anyway these are the gifts I gave her. I’m so mad I didn’t take a photo of the fabric basket I made with some other goodies.  I’ll show you my card, tag and the notebook I covered.

I’ve been challenging myself to use some stamps I haven’t used from the pre-order. The Tasteful Touches stamp set sat untouched, until now.

5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ Poppy Parade card base (Patty’s favorite color)

4″ x 5 1/4″ Poppy Parade embossed with the Old World Paper Embossing Folder (its in the World of Good Suite)

3 1/2″ x 4 3/4″ World of Good Specially dsp

2″ x 3 1/2″ Soft Suede cardstock

I stamped the flowers from the Tasteful Touches stamp set on Watercolor Paper with Black Stazon Ink. Then I watercolored the flowers first with Flirty Flamingo Ink from the lid of the Ink Pad. Went back over part of the petals with Poppy Parade. The center is Crushed Curry Ink. I fussy cut each flower. I embossed the sentiment (from Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set) with White EB Powder and punched with the Delightful Tag Topper. I cut into one flower just a little bit so that it would be on top of the tag and the rest of the flower was behind. The other flower I used dimensionals to pop up. Before adding the tag to the card, I stamped some leaves In Soft Suede from the Everyday Ferns Bundle. Then I die cut some leaves in Poppy Parade and Vellum. Added them to the tag with Glue Dots. Did a 4 loop Linen Thread Bow and added a few of the red rhinestones from the Holiday Rhinestone pack. All of that is attached with Dimensionals.

I added just a little bit of Wink of Stella to the leaves. And used one of the Stitched So Sweetly dies in Whisper White for the inside of the card. Also stamped one of the flowers in the corner and on the envelope.

For the tag I used the Delightful Tag Topper Punch again and stamped the sentiment with Soft Suede Ink (from Peaceful Moments). Sponged the edges of the tag with Soft Suede. I’ve done a mini photo tutorial on how I did the flowers. I used the Wild Rose Dies. So glad they are in the new catalog.

Wild Rose Tutorial

I added another layer for the Crumb Cake rose. I spritzed all the flowers with Champagne Shimmer Mist (mixed with Alcohol) and crumpled them all up, dried them with my Heat Tool.  Also added some Soft Suede Leaves from the Forever Flourishing Dies (part of the Forever Fern Bundle), just tuck the under the flower with Glue Dots.

Finished off with some Gold Metallic Pearls.

I’ve had this notebook for a while. I bought it with the intention of covering it with dsp and giving it to Patty. I used the Flowers For Every Season dsp and the Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon. The sentiment comes from the Field of Flowers stamp set. Added a Small Bloom Punch in Crushed Curry, which is very close to Bumblebee a new In Color. We haven’t been able to order the new In Color Inks yet. Finished off with some Guided Gems.

Her is the back.

Whew! I know that was a lot. Thanks for sticking with me. Hope you enjoyed these projects.
