Pressed Petals Specialty DSP & Petal Labels Dies

This was a fun card to make using the Pressed Petals Suite found on page 72-74 in the Annual Catalog. First off, this is one of my FAVORITE DSP’s. And this piece in particular is my favorite in the Pressed Petals Specialty DSP. I guess that’s why it took me so long to use it…….

Start with a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ Crumb Cake card base. Add a 3″ x 5 1/2″ piece of the Pressed Petals DSP.  Next add your Scalloped Lace Trim around the card. Then die cut the smaller Petal Labels dies in Soft Sea Foam, attach with Tombow Liquid Adhesive right over the lace ribbon. Also die cut some of the long leaves in Mossy Meadow and Soft Sea Foam. These are from the Noble Detailed Peacock Dies.

Stamp the flowers in Merry Merlot & Rococo Rose Ink. They are from the For the Love of Felt stamp set. Aren’t they cute? And go perfect with this dsp. I layered one of the smaller flowers onto one of the larger ones with Mini Dimensionals, and then added a couple of the smaller ones as well. The sentiment is from the Path of Petals, stamped in Mossy Meadow. I flagged the left side and attached with a couple of Dimensionals.

I finished off with a few Rhinestones colored with my Dark Rococo Rose Stampin’ Blend.

I just love all the layering on this card.
