Pumpkin Using the Thoughtful Branches Bundle?

What? Yep, if you turn the Hydrangea (or Tree Top) over, it looks like a pumpkin. I Found this idea on Pintrest. I decided to add a couple more pumpkins using the Layering Ovals Framelits.

The “tree trunk” is the pumpkin stem.

This is what you need to make the big pumpkin.

I crumpled up the Peekaboo Peach Pumpkin a little bit to give it more dimension. I also sponged each pumpkin with Pumpkin Pie Ink.

You will need to cut your dimensionals into small pieces. I usually use the edges.

I used the smallest Layering Oval for the small pumpkin, and the next one for the larger pumpkin. Sponge each piece, glue 2 together, then add the 3rd one with dimensionals. I used the Tree Trunk for the stem and added a piece of Linen Thread to each pumpkin.

Cutting Guide:

5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ Crumb Cake
Scraps of Pumpkin Pie, Peekaboo Peach and Old Olive

Supply List:

This bundle is still available, while supplies last for August only. I really love this bundle as you can tell from all the projects I’ve made. I thought this one was a little unique, as you probably wouldn’t have made the flower into a pumpkin. I wish my mind thought like this, but all I saw was a Hydrangea or Tree Top……

Don’t forget to use your Bonus Coupons, through August 31st.

Hostess Code for August: VXJYXPQ2
