September 3D Tutorial, Celebrate Tidings Bundle

September 2020 3D Bundle Tutorial Blog Hop

Hello everyone! It’s September, and we have another fantastic 3D Bundle for you! We’re celebrating with a blog hop! We’re each showcasing a second project we created using the same stamp set/or bundle we used in our 3D Bundle Tutorial Bundle Project.

The projects designed for the 3D Tutorial Bundle are totally exclusive and not available elsewhere online. In addition, you’ll receive both Imperial and Metric project measurements. Here is a sneak peek for you.

This month we are doing anything Halloween. My cute box is made with the Celebration Labels Dies. I love how the dies make the edge of the box more interesting than just a strait edge.

This is what you will need:

6 3/8″ x 8″ Crumb Cake Cardstock, scored 2″ on all four sides

4 1/2″ x 6 1/4″ Just Jade Cardstock, scored at 1″ on all four sides

2″ x 3 1/2″ Whisper White cardstock (top)

2 1/8″ x 3 5/8″ Pumpkin Pie cardstock (top)

First you will score the box top (Largest Celebration Label die, 1″ on all four sides. Then on the 6 3/8″ x 8″ Crumb Cake, score 2″ on all four sides. For each corner, you will cut up to the score line, add Stampin’ Seal+ to the flaps and adhere down. You will need to stamp the pumpkins and color them BEFORE you put the box bottom together.  For the bottom of the box you will do the same thing, except you will cut each end at a diagonal, like shown in the bottom photo. The new Stampin’ Seal+ works great.

Celebration Labels Dies, Celebration Tidings Stamp Set, Stampin' Blends, Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, Stampin' Seal+

I used these Stampin’ Blends:  Just Jade for the leaves, Pumpkin Pie for the pumpkins, Bronze for the stem, and Wink of Stella to make your pumpkins sparkle. I also used my Blends to color the Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets with my Dark Pumpkin Pie marker.

Now you need to stamp and color the Whisper White piece. I splattered with the Just Jade & Pumpkin Pie Blends using the cap. Just put the brush end into the cap and splatter. That piece is adhered to the Pumpkin Pie layer and then added with Dimensionals to the box. When you stamp the pumpkin image twice you should leave about a half inch between them.

I took 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ piece of Crumb Cake and punched both ends with the Lovely Labels Pick a Punch. I stamped the sentiment with Black Memento Ink. That piece has dimensionals and mounted between the pumpkin images. You can see the dimension in the photo below.

To finish off, I colored a few of the Epoxy Droplets in Dark Pumpkin Pie and did a double Linen Thread bow.

And you can see that three Lindt Chocolates fit with lots of room. I did add some shreds and then the candy.

Please hop along to see all 6 of our projects.
