Gourd Goodness

What a fun name for a stamp set. I originally bought this set because of the beautiful leaves, but look at these gorgeous pumpkins. Its a two step stamp with both pumpkins. At first when I stamped the solid image, I thought, you really don’t need the 2nd stamp…….boy was I wrong. It totally makes the pumpkin “pop”. Then I “winked” it with Wink of Stella. The stems each have two stamps too. I am…

Top 2 in Sales for May

When I saw these gold and white Striped Treat Bags, I knew they would be great for my Top 2 in Sales goodie. You can find them on page 195, top right corner. 10 bags per package, $5.50, and they are food safe. Although I didn’t put food inside my bags. I had some extra of my Ribbon & Embellishment shares, so that’s what they each received. I almost forgot to take a photo, had…

A Note For You

I’m using lots of new goodies today. Wood Words, for the dots and sentiment, Daisy Delight for the Daisy, the scalloped edge is from the  Seasonal Layers Thinlits, and then two of our new In Colors, Fresh Fig & Lemon Lime Twist. I started off stamping the dots in both the Fresh Fig & Lemon Lime Twist. Then added my Scalloped piece, with a small piece of a lace Doily. I also added a small…

Sunflower Using Eastern Medallions Thinlits

I’m blending some of the new with the old today. The first layer on my card is using the Petal Burst Embossing Folder. I decided I wanted to use the debossed side. Then I added some of our new  Crushed Curry 3/8″ Mini Chevron Ribbon. The sentiment from the Eastern Beauty Stamp Set has this great greeting, to think of you is to smile. I used my 1 3/4″ & 2″ Circle Punches to punch…

Eastern Gold Vinyl Stickers, You’ll Want them

Have you tried the Stickers in the Eastern Palace Bundle yet? They aren’t your normal “sticker” much nicer, and like the dies they nest inside each other, so you get more bang for your buck. Two sheets of 2 different designs.  I stuck my sticker to some Dapper Denim Cardstock and then die cut them with the matching dies. This is a pretty simple card, but with the gold makes it a really nice card,…

Little Gifties

As I was strolling the $1 section at Target, I came across these little erasers and thought, maybe my grandkids would like these to give to their friends. And an idea was born! LOL! They fit perfectly into our 2″ x 8″ Cello bags. I wanted it to be super simple and cute. The kids went nuts over them. I first only made three (1 for each of them) and asked if they would like…

Last Day for 25% off Selected Stamps, Joy to the World Card

This is another great card design by Jenn Gulich. We used the Merriest Wishes and Tin of Tags stamp sets, along with the Warmth and Cheer Designer Series Paper Stack.   I love the simplicity of this card. Get out your Circle Punches, we used: 3/4″, 1 1/4″, 1 1/2″ 1 3/4″ and 2″.   We finished off the card by adding some Linen Thread wrapped around the first layer 3 times. Then added it to…

Clear Tiny Treat Box, Luv 2 Stamp Meeting Project

This is Patty Bennett’s project for last Saturday’s online meeting. I have to say, I hadn’t purchased these Clear Tiny Treat Boxes yet, but I really love them. They are just big enough to hold some small treats, but not so big that it costs you a fortune to fill them. We used the 1 1/2″ and 1 3/4″ Circle, Medium Star and the Duet Banner Punches for the top of the box. They are…

March Paper Pumpkin Treat Holder

This is such a cool idea and I found it on Dawne O’s blog. This is the Gift Card Holders that come in the kit. You can get 2 treats out of one gift holder. All you need to do is cut the holder in half. Genius! Once its cut in half, you hold on the score line. Each treat will be a little different , one is a rounded edge and the other is…

Snowman Tags!

Aren’t these fun tags? I used the Ornate Tag Punch for the top and the 1 1/2″ and 1 3/4″ for the snowmen. The “to and from” are from the Oh, What Fun stamp set. Do you have trouble drawing the mouth like I do? I took the small oval punch and used that punch as my guide. Easy peasy, nice mouth now. I put my tags on the Cranberry Pumpkin Bread I made. I…
