Halloween Window Box

Isn’t this a fun box? This is one of the projects Patty brought for us to do a couple of weeks ago. We used the Foil Frenzy Specialty Paper for the box, sponged a Metallic Foil Doily black, the scallop is the Spooky Night Designer Series Paper (layering Circles Framelits) & the sentiment is from the Spooky Cat stamp set. I have to tell on myself. I totally put adhesive on all the flaps and…

Top 2 in Sales for May

When I saw these gold and white Striped Treat Bags, I knew they would be great for my Top 2 in Sales goodie. You can find them on page 195, top right corner. 10 bags per package, $5.50, and they are food safe. Although I didn’t put food inside my bags. I had some extra of my Ribbon & Embellishment shares, so that’s what they each received. I almost forgot to take a photo, had…

Be Joyful Shaker Card

This was one of the cards we made while on our Cruise. Jenn designed some awesome projects that I will be sharing with you this week. Have you used the Merriest Wishes stamp set with matching Merry Tags Framelits yet? This makes a stunning shaker card. The Gold Embossing, Gold Doily and Cherry Cobbler really compliment each other. The Stripped paper is from the Presents and Pinecones Designer Series paper. To make the shaker part…

This week its all about Thanks and Thanksgiving. I loved this weeks challenge. Fall and leaves is the first thing that comes to mind. You can play along too: http://suochallenges.com/ I used the Totally Trees Stamp set, which I have to say, is becoming one of my favorites. Pop of Paradise, Hello Card

I originally designed the card on the left for Patty and I to do, but we changed it up a bit to the one on the right. I love the flowers added to the bottom and the scallops on the edge. And who knew that Calypso Coral went well with Flirty Flamingo? So this is my original card. And this is our “stepped” up card. Both the stripped and gold dotted paper are from the…

Pop of Paradise

This was a last minute card Patty and I did. I said, do you think we can fit one more card in before you go? And this happened! I didn’t have this set yet (but I do now), so I wanted a sample to share on my blog. You’ve seen me do this color combo before. Peekaboo Peach, Flirty Flamingo and Watermelon Wonder, and we threw in some Cucumber Crush for the leaves and the…

This is another stunning card designed by Patty that we made a couple of weeks ago. It uses the Sleigh Ride Edgelits (you can get the stamp set and Edgelits bundle and save 15%), and the Winter Wonderland Specialty Designer Series Paper (say that 3 times in a row). The Sled Edgelit is cut from the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper.  The sentiment is from Peaceful Wreath. We added a star with a Metal Rimmed Pearl…

Elegant Thank You Gift

This was one of the gifts Patty gave me for hosting our stamping afternoon last Saturday. I forgot to take a photo before I took the Metallic Sharpies out of the packaging. So humor me…..I put it back together without the packaging. Patty always teases me because the outside of a gift is my favorite part of giving a gift. Well, she knocked it out of the park, don’t you think? And now I…
