Parcels & Petals, Birthday Card

For this card, my Stamp Club Gals wanted to do the Baby Wipe Technique. I found that the photo polymer stamps didn’t work, so you need red rubber or the Cling Mount Stamps. Heirloom Dies & 3D Embossing Folders
