Thanks a Bunch Celebrate Sunflowers

This past week-end we had our team meeting via Facebook Live. It was Friday evening and all day Saturday. It was fabulous! I have so many projects to share with you. Plus I need to finish a few more. So, thank you, Patty Bennett & Kurstan del Rosario for an awesome meeting. What is so great is, I can go back and watch the FB lives to finish my projects.

This is a project by Patty. We used the Flowers For Every Season Memories & More Cards & Envelopes, Flowers for Every Season dsp, Celebrate Sunflowers, Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder & the Tasteful Labels Dies.  What is so nice with these cards is you don’t have to cut and score your card base because its already done for you.

Card Base & Envelope

1 1/2″ x 6″ For Every Season dsp

3″ x 4″ dsp, embossed with the Tasteful Textile EB Flower

Whisper White to stamp the sunflowers & label

Celebrate Sunflowers

Start by adding the 1 1/2″ strip of dsp in the center. Then the 3″ x 4″ piece. Make sure you’ve embossed that piece. You can really see the texture on the photo below.

Stamp the sunflowers & leaves in Memento Black Ink and color them with Stampin’ Blends, (like I did) or Watercolor Pencils, Blender Pen or Water Painters (formally Aqua Painters). Use what you have. I will list the colors I used in my supply list. Once colored, die cut with the matching dies.

Stamp the sentiment just below the center of the label with Bumblebee Ink, (Crushed Curry would work too). Attach label with Dimensionals and place your sunflowers so they hang over the label. Add Dimensionals just to the part of the sunflowers that will be hanging over the label. Then tuck the leaves under the flowers with Glue Dots.

Add a few In Color Enamel Dots and a double Linen Thread bow attached with a Glue Dot.

When you order the Flowers For Every Season Memories & More Cards & Envelopes you will get 10, 2 of each color.
