Three More cards for my Stamp-a-Stack
We also did the water colored rose and the quilt card, but since I’ve already posted those I won’t bore you with any more. The first one is a very simple Father’s Day card using our Parisian Breeze Specialty paper and the Eight Great Greetings stamp set. A little bit of Baja Breeze stripped grosgrain ribbon and 2 of the small grommets.
The next card uses the Big Birthday Candle set and the Rockabillly Specialty paper. I cased this card and the Printed Window sheet card from Dawn Griffith. Check out her blog
The Printed Window sheet card (you can order these from the Occasions Mini catalog) uses the Walk in the Park designer series paper and the Great Friend stamp set. These are in the mini as well. My gals had an aha moment when we used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to get the words centered in the other stamp. They loved how perfect it was and easier than they thought it would be. Cut your card (Regal Rose) at 4 1/4 x 11 and score at 5/1/2 and cut off 4 1/2″, cut your So Saffron at 2 x 4 1/4 and use the Eyelet edge punch. Then you need a piece of DSP and a Printed Window sheet both cut at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. Layer all three of these under the 1″ flap of Regal Rose. I added some Organza ribbon and stamped the butterfly and cut out. Both simple but nice cards.
