To A Wild Rose, Blessed To Be Your Friend

How many people could you send this card to? So many….I love the sentiment. This is a simple card, especially if you want to make a few.  My original card I embossed the black outline of the flowers from To A Wild Rose, while it looks awesome, it is a bit time consuming, so I went with Black Memento Ink, since I made four of these cards for our Blog Hop. Just stamp the outline flower several times on a piece of Whisper White cut at 3 3/4″ x 5″.  Then using a Sponge Dauber I first sponged the middle with Grapefruit Grove Ink, and finished off with Flirty Flamingo, blending the two colors together.

I wanted just a bit of the next layer to show. Cut an 3 7/8″ x 5 1/2″ Grapefruit Grove cardstock. That is layered onto a Flirty Flamingo card base cut at 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″.

Stamp the sentiment with Versamark Ink onto a piece of Black cardstock cut at, 1 1/2″ x 2 1/2″. Use White Embossing Powder to make it pop! That will go on with Dimensionals. To finish off I added a few Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots.
